Customer Portal
New Portal Information
The new portal will feature enhancements that customers have requested along with all of the features of the current portal. Customers will be able to create an account, enroll in autopay, enroll in ebilling, make payments by echeck, schedule payments, save multiple payment types, and checkout with a cart feature. Customers with accounts will still be able to view consumption history, payment history, and now maintain contact information. ComfortSystems will offer new payment methods such as Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for customer convenience.
In a hurry and don't have time to register for an account? The guest pay option is your solution. Enter your account number and name to make a payment.
What do customers need to do now? Nothing yet. Expect to see emails and text messages from our office about the next steps.
What will customers need to do? Customers wanting to use the new portal will need to create a new login, re-enroll in ebilling, and re-enroll in autopay. There will be a guest pay option going forward for customers not interest in creating an account.
Current Portal Assistance
As a first-time user, select the link that says "Create User Profile"
Enter these credentials
- Account Number: (including any dashes (i.e. 123456789-001))
- Last Name: Your Full Last Name
- Full Name: Full Name including Last Name exactly as it appears on your bill
After entering your credentials, you will be prompted to create a username and password and enter your email address. You will have 24 hours to confirm your email address.
Once you confirm your email address, you will be able to login to the customer portal each time using your username and password.
Login to the customer portal using your username and password. Navigate to the farthest right option called user profile, Select Linked Accounts, Select Add Account and Enter the account credentials
Enter the account credentials
- Account Number: (including any dashes (i.e. 123456789-001))
- Last Name: Your Full Last Name
- Full Name: Full Name including Last Name exactly as it appears on your bill
Your primary account is the account that will be showing each time you login. Once you have linked your new account, you can reassign the primary by selecting the dropdown
To enroll in eBilling, use the eBill enrollment tab. Enter your email address and select your preference.
To enroll in Autopay by credit card click credit card enrollment, under the payments option. Each month your card will be charged on the due date and you will receive a confirmation email.
If you are currently on autopay by checking or savings, you will need to cancel this automatic payment before enrolling. If you need more information on all automatic payments offered, see our automatic payments page
