The City of Duluth uses the Bid Express® electronic bidding platform to provide plans and specifications and to receive sealed bids for construction projects and large commodity purchases. To view and download bid packages and plans, visit https://www.bidexpress.com and search for "City of Duluth" or the solicitation number. You must register for a free account to browse the site and search for advertisements.
