Mayor Don Ness and key members of the community will hold a news conference tomorrow, Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at 10:30 AM to launch a new energy rebate program for Duluth homeowners.
Mayor Ness and community members will make some brief comments and be available for questions.
The news conference will be followed by a visit to a Duluth residence (2131 Columbus Ave) at 12:00 PM. Media are invited to see first hand what homeowners can expect from participating in the program.
