State of the City Address is March 7

 

[Duluth, MN] - Mayor Don Ness will deliver the annual State of the City address on Monday, March 7, 2011 at the DECC, Lake Superior Ballroom. The program begins at 6:00 p.m. with opening remarks from City Councilors Jeff Anderson and Sharla Gardner followed by the Mayor's address at 6:30 p.m.


The State of the City address will be broadcast live on the Northlands News Center My9 station, which is channel 9 on Charter cable. The Mayor's address will be recorded and replayed on Public Acccess Community Television on channels 7, 16, and 20.

Admission is free and the entire community is invited to take part.

The speech will be followed by the announcement of the 2010 Clarence Maddy award winner.
