Mayor Don Ness announced the implementation of an online utility payment system at his State of the City address Monday evening. Mayor Ness and City officials invite the media to a demonstration of the new Online Bill Pay feature for ComfortSystems today March 8, 2011 at 10:00 AM in Duluth City Hall, 411 West First Street, Fourth Floor, Room 405.
Mayor Ness and city officials will provide brief comments and be available for questions.
