INCIDENT TIME: Between 6:20PM and 6:45PM
INCIDENT LOCATION: West 3rd Street in Lincoln Park
On Monday, March 7th, 2011 at approximately 6:20PM a DTA (Duluth Transit Authority) bus left the Holiday Center headed for Raleigh St. /Ramsey St. Several passengers got off the bus in Lincoln Park on West 3rd Street and an assault and robbery occurred. The victim and the suspects in this incident were all previously on the bus.
It is clear from DTA cameras that many individuals on the bus between 6:20PM and 6:45PM would have witnessed this incident. The Duluth Police Department is asking anyone who has any information or witnessed the incident to contact the Violent Crimes Unit at (218) 730-5050. The case is under investigation, no further information is available at this time.
