The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender LOGAN ASHER MATTSON, DOB 12/25/1980.
Mattson is currently listed as homeless in the area of 43rd Avenue West and Grand Avenue in Duluth.
Mattson has a history of sexual contact with juvenile females, ages 5-11. Contact included penetration and fondling. Mattson was known to his victims.
The physical description of Mattson is:

Height: 6’0”
Weight: 240 pounds
Eyes: Hazel
Hair: Brown
Build: Large
Complexion: Fair
