The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender MICHAEL LAQUAN GARMON, DOB 03/13/1975.
GARMON is currently living in the area of 22nd Avenue West and 2nd Street in Duluth.
GARMON has a history of sexual contact with female victims (age 12 & adult). Contact included penetration. GARMON has used force to gain compliance. GARMON has been known and not known to victims.
The physical description of GARMON is:
Race: Black
Height: 6’1”
Weight: 207 pounds
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Black
Build: Large
Complexion: Dark brown
