The Duluth Police Department is hosting the first Crime Free Multi Housing (CFMH) Landlord Training session of 2011. This training is for landlords and property managers in the City of Duluth and provides a partnership between police, property owners/managers, and residents to foster a safe, healthy, and crime free community in rental housing.

The training is Tuesday, May 24th, 2011 at the West Duluth Police Station Training Room, 5830 Grand Avenue. Registration is from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM with the training scheduled from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The $50 registration fee includes lunch and training manual.

The Duluth Police Department wants to encourage all landlords and property owners to attend the training. The partnerships formed in the previous trainings have proven successful for landlords and property owners to work together with Police on rental property issues.
