Public meeting to review proposed changes to Duluth zoning code
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Planning Division invites the public to a meeting to discuss proposed revisions to the City’s zoning code, known as the Unified Development Chapter (UDC). The proposed changes are from the six month UDC maintenance review and help to clarify some provisions in the new zoning regulations. The Duluth City Council approved the Unified Development Chapter in August 2010.
The public is encouraged to attend the informational meeting, which is being held on Thursday, June 9, 2011, at 5:00 PM in Duluth City Hall (411 West First Street, Room 303). Public input will be shared with the Planning Commission at a public hearing on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 5:00 pm in Duluth City Hall, Council Chambers. The City Council is anticipated to consider this matter in mid July.
