The Saint Louis County Attorney’s Office has completed the BCA case review of the March 21st, 2011 officer involved shooting incident that occurred at 315 South 70th Avenue West. They found the amount of force used by Duluth Police Officer Angela Robertson was justified.
Duluth Police will be holding a news conference today at 3:00PM to discuss the incident. The news conference will take place in the Police Training Room on the main floor of City Hall. Copies of the case review will be provided.
