City land auction to be held Saturday, July 9
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth will be making land tracts available for purchase starting this Saturday, July 9, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. for a live auction in the City Council Chambers, in Duluth City Hall (411 West First Street).
All sales will require approval by the Duluth City Council followed by a 30 day publication period before becoming final. Buyers should keep in mind city zoning regulations when determining land use and development.
The auctioneer will be Mark McShane, Property Manager for the City of Duluth. The Land Sale Requirements and tract information is available on the City of Duluth website at http://www.duluthmn.gov/purchasing/land_sales/
