INCIDENT LOCATION: Harbor Drive, Canal Park and Bayfront Park Area
There will be several events in the Canal Park / Harbor Drive areas of Duluth during the weekend of 7/15 - 7/17, including Reggae Fest at Bayfront Park, Park Point 5 Mile Race on Park Point, Music & Maritime Fest in Canal park, and the Duluth Kennel Club Dog Show at the DECC.
Harbor Drive behind the DECC witll be posted "No Stopping or Standing" for vehicles.
Drivers are urged to use caution when driving in these areas due to vehicle traffic congestion and heavy pedestrian traffic.
