NATURE OF INCIDENT: Criminal Damage to Property Arrests

INCIDENT TIME: 3:55 AM
INCIDENT LOCATION: 16th Avenue East & London Road
On Sunday July 24th, 2011 at 3:55 AM Duluth Police Officers responded to South 16th Avenue East and London Road. A caller said that two males had just smashed a car window and were now hiding behind a nearby building on Superior Street.
Officers arrived a few minutes later and found Kiel Schock, a 21 year old, male resident of Duluth and Timothy Hovde a 21 year old, male resident of Birchwood, Wisconsin. Preliminary investigation revealed that both had been involved with damaging several vehicles and two motorcycles in the area.
Both Schock and Hovde were taken into custody and lodged at the Saint Louis County Jail pending formal charges for 3rd Degree Criminal Damage to Property. The investigation is ongoing. No further information is available at this time.
