Public meeting will discuss street improvements on Oxford/Livingston/Glenwood streets
[Duluth, MN] – The City of Duluth will be hosting a public meeting to discuss the upcoming Reconstruction Project of Oxford Street, Livingston Avenue and Glenwood Street. This project is a component of the City’s Street Improvement Program and is scheduled for construction in the summer of 2012. The project includes full reconstruction of the utilities and the streets, from Woodland Avenue to Jean Duluth Road.
The meeting is a follow up to the July 19, 2011 public meeting where city staff collected ideas and input from residents and users of this route. The next public meeting will be held at the Lakeview Covenant Church (corner of Glenwood Street and Jean Duluth Road) on Monday, August 8, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. Additional ideas and input will be gathered and options will be presented for discussion. Discussions will be limited to the roadway section and features to be included.
