On Monday, July 25th, 2011 Investigators from the Lake Superior Drug and Gang Task Force and Duluth Police Department arrested Cedric Bester, a 50 year old male resident of Duluth,  for 1st Degree Sale of a Controlled Substance-Heroin. The arrest came at the conclusion of a nine month investigation into Bester’s involvement in heroin trafficking.
