On Thursday, August 4th, 2011, Investigators from the Lake Superior Drug and Gang Task Force and Duluth Police Department arrested Mary Thomas, a 30 year old female resident of Duluth. She was arrested in the 300 block of East Fourth Street for 1st Degree Sale of Crack Cocaine.
Thomas has a criminal history in Saint Louis County with convictions for the sale of controlled substances. In 2006 Thomas was convicted for a 1st Degree Controlled Substance Crime-Crack Cocaine. At the time of her arrest on August 4th, 2011 she was on parole for that offense.
