Arrowhead Road to reopen Monday afternoon
 
[Duluth, MN] - One of the busiest thoroughfares will be reopened to traffic on Monday. The detour signs for Arrowhead Road will be removed by the Monday evening commute. The section from South Rice Lake Road to Kenwood Avenue may still have intermittent lane closures for additional utility work but will allow traffic to pass.  Work from North Rice Lake Road to South Rice Lake Road is still being completed but will be open to traffic. 
 
Motorists are asked to be alert and to drive with caution.
