Public meetings will review updates to city zoning code
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Planning Division invites the public to attend two upcoming informational meetings to learn more about the revisions to the City’s zoning code, known as the Unified Development Chapter (UDC). The proposed changes are a result of a six month UDC maintenance review process. The Duluth City Council recently approved the revisions to the UDC, which go into effect on Friday, August 19th.
The public is encouraged to attend either one of the informational meetings, which are being held on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 12:00 p.m., and Thursday, August 18, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. Both meetings will be held in Duluth City Hall (411 West First Street), Room 303 .
