Lieutenant Eric Rish of the Duluth Police Department will be holding a press conference today, Monday, August 31, 2009, at 4:30 PM in the Duluth Police Training Room. The press conference will address the pending guilty pleas by seven defendants on Federal Controlled Substance Crimes. The investigation took place in Duluth from spring of 2008 until spring of 2009. The defendants are scheduled to plead guilty today, August 31, 2009, and tomorrow September 1, 2009.
