The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender DALE ARNOLD HESSLER, DOB: 10/17/1954.
Hessler is currently living in the vicinity of 22nd Avenue West and Second Street.
Hessler has a history of sexual conduct and contact with victims (female age 4 and male, age 8). Contact included fondling and penetration. Hessler was known to his victims.
The physical description of Hessler is:
Race: White
Height: 5’7”
Weight: 181 pounds
Eyes: Brown
Build: Stocky
Complexion: Fair
