The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender TIMOTHY SCOTT ALAN DAVICH DOB: 05/29/1967.
DAVICH is currently living in the vicinity of 22nd Avenue West and Second Street, Duluth, MN 55806.
DAVICH engaged in sexual contact with victims (males, ages 6-16). Contact included penetration. DAVICH was known to victims.
The physical description of DAVICH is:

Height: 5’ 8”
Weight: 197 pounds
Eyes: Brown
Build: Large
Complexion: Medium
