INCIDENT LOCATION: Police Training Room, City Hall

The Saint Louis County Attorney’s Office has completed the BCA case review of the August 28th, 2011 officer involved shooting incident that occurred in the 1400 block of   102nd Avenue West. They found the amount of force used by Duluth Police Sergeant Brad Wick was justified. 

The Duluth Police Department and Saint Louis County Attorney’s Office will be holding a news conference at 2:00PM today to discuss the incident. The news conference will take place in the Police Training Room on the main floor of City Hall. Copies of the case review will be provided.
