INCIDENT LOCATION: 900 block of East Fourth Street
On Wednesday, September 21st, 2011 at 12:46 PM Duluth Police responded to the 900 block of East Fourth Street on the report of a male that pointed a handgun at someone and then went into a residence.
Jason Roberts, a 29 year old male resident of Duluth, was located at the residence along with the handgun.
Roberts was brought to the Saint Louis County Jail on a Felony Failure to Appear Warrant. The incident remains under investigation. No further information is available at this time.
