Enter the “2011 Duluth Holiday Lighting” Contest
 
[Duluth, MN] – Residents and their neighborhoods are invited to participate in lighting up Duluth! Interested residents who live within Duluth city limits can submit an entry form to be considered for the 2011 Duluth Holiday Lighting contest.       
 
Contestants will be judged in two categories: Best Residential and Best Street/Neighborhood display. The deadline for submissions is Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 5:00 PM. Judging will take place during the evenings of December 9, 10, and11. Winners will be announced and recognized with trophies and prizes at a reception with Mayor Don Ness on December 14, 2011 in Duluth City Hall.
