The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender MICHAEL LAQUAN GARMON, DOB: 03/13/1975.
GARMON is currently living in the vicinity of North 18th Avenue West and First Street, Duluth, MN 55806.
GARMON has a history of sexual contact with victims (females ages 12 and adult). Contact included penetration. GARMON has used force to gain compliance. GARMON has been both known and not known to victims.
The physical description of GARMON is:
Race: Black
Height: 6’ 1”
Weight: 207 pounds
Eyes: Brown
Build: Large
Complexion: Dark brown
