The Duluth Police Department is investigating bank fraud cases where the male suspect has been depositing stolen checks into various accounts and withdrawing the funds. This has occurred in the Duluth area.
The suspect’s image was captured on a surveillance camera. The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the male suspect pictured.
