Mayor Don Ness will hold a news conference today, Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 11:00 AM in Duluth City Hall, Room 405 to make a presentation on the city’s rights and options to protect its interests under the existing casino contract in light of the recent court decision.
 
Mayor Ness and City Attorney Gunnar Johnson will make remarks and be available for questions.
