The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender WESLEY GORDON VANDELL, DOB: 11/08/1970.
VANDELL is currently living in the vicinity of North 8th Avenue East & 3rd Street.
VANDELL has a history of sexual contact with victims (females, ages 13-16). Contact included penetration. Offender also videotaped the assaults. Offender gained compliance by holding parties in his home and providing alcohol to the victims. Offender was known to the victims.

Height: 5’9”
Weight: 141 pounds
Eyes: Blue
Build: Slender
Complexion: Fair
