SUBJECT: Police Alert Citizens of Suspicious Male in Vehicle Call

INCIDENT TIME: 7:05AM
INCIDENT LOCATION: 9400 block Grand Avenue

On Wednesday, January 18th, 2012 at 7:05AM Duluth Police were called to check the 9400 block of Grand Avenue for a suspicious male in a vehicle.

 

The caller reported that her 8 year old daughter went to the bus stop early and was there alone when an unknown male wearing a ski mask and driving a red vehicle pulled up, opened his passenger door and told her to get in. She said "no" and ran home.

 

The same caller said that a neighbor told her that on Tuesday, January 17th, 2012 that they saw a red vehicle circling the area near the same bus stop around the time that kids would be let off there after school.

 

Duluth Police are continuing to investigate. Anyone with any further information, or observes any suspicious activity is asked to call 911.
