Water main break at Second Avenue East and Third Street (Downtown Duluth)


[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth has identified a water main break at Second Avenue East and Third Street.  City crews are on site to assess the break and make necessary repairs. This break will affect a 4-6 block area. We ask motorists to be aware of run off water in lower elevations. There is no estimated completion time at this point and staff will attempt to undertake repairs without any disruption to water service.
