On Monday, January 30th, 2012 at 4:49PM Duluth Police were called to the 400 block of South 63rd Avenue West, the caller was reporting that he was chasing a male suspect who had just broke into his neighbor’s house in the 700 block of South 64th Avenue West.

Officers arrived and observed two males standing over the suspect who was on the ground. Officers took the suspect into custody. He was identified as Sean Saylor, an 18 year old male, resident of Duluth. Saylor told officer’s that he and a friend were in the area shoveling snow for money and he denied any involvement in the burglary.
