NATURE OF INCIDENT: Duluth Man Pleads Guilty to Four Business Burglaries

On Wednesday, January 11th, 2012 Robert Schuller, a 34 year old, resident of Duluth pled guilty in Saint Louis County Court to four business burglaries that he committed in the City of Duluth over the past 15 months. He is currently being held at the Saint Louis County Jail pending his 41 month sentence. 

The four reported business burglaries Schuller pled guilty to:
 
  • 10/29/2010-Duluth Insurance Agency 2014 London Road-suspect broke rear window of business to gain entry and stole a computer, radio and petty cash stolen. Blood evidence was recovered at the scene by Duluth Police.
 
  • 06/06/2011-Duluth Insurance Agency 2014 London Road-suspect broke side window of business to gain entry and stole a small amount of cash. Blood evidence recovered at the scene by Duluth Police.
 
  • 11/7/2011-Lake Superior Cleaners 115 North 2nd Avenue West-front door shattered out and cash register stolen with no money inside it. Register was recovered in an adjacent alley. The cash register had blood evidence recovered by Duluth Police.
 
  • 11/7/2011 BDP Architects #31 W. Superior Street-suspect broke window to gain access and stole petty cash. Blood evidence and shoe print and finger print recovered by Duluth Police.
