On Wednesday, February 29th, 2012 at 10:30AM all non-essential City of Duluth offices and facilities were closed and non-essential employees were allowed to go home due to quickly deteriorating weather conditions. City Hall (which includes the Duluth Police Desk) is closed for the rest of the day.
