NATURE OF INCIDENT: Four Arrested at Rally

INCIDENT LOCATION: City Hall

On Saturday, March 3rd, 2012 at approximately 10:30AM Duluth Police Officers were working a protest rally in front of City Hall, protesters and counter-protesters were both present. The following four individuals in the counter-protest group were arrested for Disorderly Conduct:

 

     

  • Alexander Forman, a 26 year old, male resident of Minneapolis, MN.

    •  

 

     

  • Andrew Cart, a 27year old, male resident of Minneapolis, MN.

    •  

 

     

  • Baron Marshall, a 22 year old, male resident of Iron River, WI.

    •  

 

     

  • Nadia Labyad, a 25 year old, female resident of Duluth, MN.

    •  

 

All were booked and released, except Andrew Cart who remained in custody at the Saint Louis County Jail on an unrelated warrant. No injuries were reported. There was no need for police involvement at any of the other events. No further information available at this time.
