 Water service restored to neighborhoods 

 [Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Utility Operations crews have repaired the multiple water main breaks that occurred this morning due to an electrical problem at the Lakewood water plant. Water service has been restored for the neighborhoods impacted although city crews also discovered two new watermain breaks this afternoon in upper Lakeside. Crews are on site making repairs.
