Public invited to discuss revisions to zoning regulations
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Planning Division invites the public to an informational meeting to discuss proposed revisions to the City’s zoning code, known as the Unified Development Chapter (UDC).
The UDC will be revised three times in 2012. The first revision this spring will be limited in scope and deal mostly with amendments to the landscaping, screening and related standards. The second revision, scheduled for the summer, will address sign regulations. The third revision will take place in the fall and will focus on administrative updates.
The public is encouraged to attend the meeting which is being held on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at 5:00 pm in Duluth City Hall, Room 303 (411 West First Street). Input gathered from the public meeting will be forwarded to the Planning Commission, who will review the proposed changes at a public hearing on Tuesday March 27, 2012, 5:00 pm in the Council Chambers, Duluth City Hall.
