INCIDENT LOCATION: Gary Liquor, 1431 Commonwealth Avenue
On Thursday, March 22nd, 2012 at 2:34PM Duluth Police were called to Gary Liquor, 1431 Commonwealth Avenue for an armed robbery.
Initial investigation revealed that a male entered the liquor store carrying a knife and demanded money from an employee. The suspect left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, in the alley between Reis Street and Dickson Street, heading east. No one was injured.
He was described as a white male in his 20’s, 6’1”, thin build wearing a stocking hat, all black clothing and wearing a scarf around his face.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
The investigation is continuing no further information is available at this time.
