The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender WILLIE JAMES VAUGHNBEY, DOB: 12/16/1961.
Vaughnbey is currently living in the vicinity of 22nd Avenue West and 2nd Street, Duluth, MN.
Vaughnbey has a history of sexual contact with female victims (age 14 & adult). Contact has included fondling and penetration. Force was used to gain compliance. Vaughnbey was known to his victims.
The physical description of Vaughnbey is:

Height: 5’9”
Weight 174 pounds
Eyes: Brown
Build: Medium
Complexion: Medium Brown
