INCIDENT LOCATION: 500 block North Third Avenue East
On Monday, March 26th, 2012 at 6:12PM Duluth Police were called to the 500 block of North Third Avenue East on the sound of shots being fired. Officers located several spent shell casings on the porch of a residence.
Follow-up investigation led police to the driver of the victim vehicle which had damage consistent with bullet holes in it. No one was injured. Investigators are following up on several leads and the investigation is continuing.
