INCIDENT LOCATION: 215 North Central Avenue
On Wednesday, April 25th, 2012 at 9:16PM Duluth Police were called to the Dollar Tree Store at 215 North Central Avenue on the report of a robbery.
Initial investigation revealed that a male suspect came to the counter to pay for an item, when the female clerk opened the register the suspect tried to grab money. She fought with suspect trying to stop him. The suspect was able to grab money and ran out of the store with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured.
The suspect is described as follows:
- Black male, clean shaven
- 35-40 years old
- 5’8”-5’10”
- Heavy Build
- Wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a red design and black pants.
