Pedestrian bridge in Canal Park closed

[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Public Works and Utilities Department has identified additional problems with the cable system on the Minnesota Slip Bridge (blue pedestrian bridge) in Canal Park.  The bridge must be closed for the weekend and is currently in the up position to allow passage of water vessels. 

The City apologizes for the inconvenience. Updates will be provided as they become available.
