Y.W.C.A. Mothers Day Walk - Run
Saturday, May 12, 2012, 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Traffic Advisory:
On Saturday, May 12th, 2012 at 7:45 a.m., police will detour traffic off Railroad Street for the Y.W.C.A. Mother's Day Walk/Run.
Railroad Street will be closed to traffic between 5th Avenue West and Garfield Avenue until approximately 11:30 a.m.
The Run/Walk event begins on the cobblestone entrance to Bayfront Park, travels around the park then down to Railroad Street where participants turn left and travel west to a turnaround point before Garfield Avenue. They return using the same route and finish under the arches in Bayfront Park.
There will be no traffic disruption on Harbor Drive or on Railroad Street in front of the DECC.
