Meeting on East End historical property survey scheduled for June 5
[Duluth, MN]- The City of Duluth Community Development Division and the Duluth Historic Preservation Commission will be holding an informational meeting on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 in Room 303 of Duluth City Hall at 3:30 p.m. to present the results of the East End Historical Inventory to help preserve and protect properties, develop strategies for preservation, and to assist the City in administering the new zoning regulations. The purpose of the meeting is to inform residents of the survey results and findings.
Summit Envirosolutions, Inc. was hired to conduct this three phase inventory and will present a summary of the survey results at the meeting. The 36 city block area surveyed falls within the boundaries of north of I-35 east of 21st Avenue West, south of Chester Park and east of S. 14th Avenue East.
