NATURE OF INCIDENT: Police Seeking Public's Help Identifying Arson Suspect

INCIDENT LOCATION: Twin Ports area

The Duluth Police Department, Duluth Fire Department and Superior, WI Police Department are continuing to investigate a series of recent fires in the Twin Ports area that have been determined to be arson. The Duluth Police/Fire Departments specifically have 10 arson cases under investigation that are similar to each other.  

A suspect’s image has been captured on surveillance video, specifically for the arson fires that occurred on Monday, May 5th, 2012 and Tuesday, May 22nd, 2012 in the West Duluth Area.   We are asking for the public’s help in identifying this person.

Also, the MNIAAI (Minnesota Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators) www.mniaai.org is offering rewards up to $2,500.00 for information.
