INCIDENT LOCATION: 20 block of South 64th Avenue West
On Monday, June 4th, 2012 at 6:58AM Duluth Police were called to the 20 block of South 64th Avenue West to take a garage burglary report. A garage had been entered sometime overnight through an unlocked door and a lawnmower and several lawn care items were stolen.
Initial investigation revealed that a witness had seen a possible suspect at 2:00AM that morning walking with a lawnmower near the address where the burglary occurred. Officers and an Investigator went to the suspect’s home in the 6400 block of Polk Street. The suspect was identified as Quinn Erickson, an 18 year old, male resident of Duluth. The items stolen in the burglary were located in Erickson’s garage and he admitted stealing them.
Quinn Erickson was transported to the Saint Louis County Jail and has been formally charged with 3rd Degree Burglary.
