Blotti is “wanted” for failure to appear at arraignment for Felony Receiving Stolen Property, arrest warrant issued (69DU-CR-12-717). The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Blotti. Anyone with any information or knows his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
