The Duluth Police Department is alerting the citizens of Duluth to limit their travel to emergency travel only. Heavy rain has made driving conditions in Duluth hazardous and we have many flooded roadways. 

 
City of Duluth Public Works crews are currently working to barricade danger areas. Current roads experiencing flooding include:
 
  • Grand Avenue / Raleigh Street
  • Morgan Park entrances
  • Commonwealth and Stowe Street
  • Hugo Avenue
  • Myrtle Street
  • 600 Block East 3rd Street
  • Kenwood Avenue
  • Buffalo Street
  • 8200 E. Superior Street
  • I-35 @ Lake Avenue
