Robert Mason has three felony warrants: one for offering a forged check (69DU-CR-12-728), one for two counts of conspiracy to sell a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (69DU-CR-12-712), and one for two counts of sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and possession of a controlled substance (69DU-CR-11-1896). He also has three additional warrants: two for theft and one for underage consumption of alcohol and false name/birthdate to a peace officer.
