Section of West First Street to close for utility work
[Duluth, MN] - Starting Monday, July 16, 2012, West 1st Street will be closed between Glen Place Drive and 11th Avenue West. In addition, 11th Avenue West will be closed between West 1st Street and West 2nd Street. The closure will last one week and is necessary for crews to relocate a gas main.
